So, here's what this is about: First off, I wanna list the reasources I HAVE found, in the hope that I might be able to help anyone currently looking for them (feel free to comment additional locations for these below) Angler Gel: Blue (Glowing) Flowers located at the White Shoals Rare Mushrooms: Custom Trees (with red flowers and roots wrapped around) at Bloodfall's Hallow / Yellow & Tall Swamp trees & White crystals at Salty Isles Sillica Pearls: Minor Spawn at the white shoals (in rivers, eg lat 91 lon 13) Rare Flowers: Cattails at Bloodfall's Hallow (plenty located on the island in the lake - Roughly 62 lat, 28 lon) Sap: Pine trees at 49 lat, 48 lon Tundra Falls Leech Blood: Bloodfall's Hallow Red crystal spawns Charcoal: Orange/Yellow Trees (in ground not water) 51 lat, 56 lon Fire Swamp Obsidian: On solid lava at 54 lat, 62 lon Fire Swamp (ish, no labe) Cactus Sap: The Deserts Tail (and a few in purple crystals) Sand: The Deserts Tail (and a few in purple crystals) Metal Nodes: VERY small node at lat 72, lon 18 / Beaver Dams: The white shoals 75 lat 15 lon (can't promise this is where they'll always spawn, just an example) What I'm looking for right now: - Additional Metal Nodes [EDIT: See comments below for locations, thanks for the help guys!] - Oil Spawn Points (preferably shallow water) - Organic Polymer Dinos (Haven't seen any yet) [EDIT: Found a few mantis on sand dune area near the deserts tail, still looking for a better spot to find them though.] - Mutton/Ovis Spawns (Really could use some tips for this, since I'm on SP it's usually pretty tough to find solo) [EDIT: Found a few sheep in the deserts tail] Notes: Personally, I feel that there could be a whole lot more metal nodes on the map. Currently, I can only see the white shoals as a decent area for a base because of this. I feel it would be beneficial to have more metal modes, perhaps spread throughout the different areas of the map. Whilst I hope the wipes wont become a regular thing for the map updates, I really do like the changes the map has undergone. I still find certain areas to be rather laggy, especially Bloodfall's Hallow and Fire Swamp. EDIT: Information from comments (thanks for the info guys!) Isolde Gaming- Copper nodes on the copper peaks. Sulfur can be found at emberfall (trees). Penguins (organic polymer) at river mouth in snowbiome on the redwood side (Soulfringe added coords of 20/40). Most commonly found Pearls are the sandy pearls, so look closely for those. Oil "In the waters all around White Shoals, in the large jungle lake in Bloodfall's and on eldritch Isle." RazzaQ- Rare flowers - Cattails at swamp. Kalemendrax- Metal at bloodfalls hallow (mossy textures) on the cliffs. Narcoberry flowers on cliffs at bloodfalls hallow. Additional obsidian at copper peaks. Crystals (vanilla) at copper peaks again. Soulfringe- Pearls and achatina in cave at 63, 27. Prime Armor Sets Unlike their counterparts, Prime Armor Sets are unbreakable; However, they only come in one quality. You can unlock the Tekgram for a certain Prime armor depending on the Alpha Tribesman you kill. Anyone within melee range (about) when the alpha dies will receive the engram regardless of who killed it or if they did damage to it. Anyone within melee range (about) when the he dies will receive the engram regardless of who killed it or if they did damage to it. Tribe Hats There is one hat for every tribe color. Wearing a tribe hat will make all tribesmen of that color neutral towards you EXCEPT for the chieftain. If the chieftain attacks, all nearby tribesmen will also attack.
